If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

To be eligible for a return or exchange
(Apparel and Handbags), items must be in new condition with tags attached, unworn, not used, unaltered, free of damages by the customer, and in the same condition you received it.
(Cellphone Accessories), items must be in or accompanied by original packaging.

Return Shipping
The customer "you" will be responsible for return shipping cost. Shipping cost are non-refundable (unless otherwise noted). If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 14 days from the receipt of the original order. Items cannot be returned after 14 days from the receipt of original order. When we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we received the item. Once the refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

How to return? 
To return your item, please follow these steps:
Email us with your intent to return your purchase at Please include tracking info for your return.

Mail out your return items within the 14 days after receipt. Please contact us before mailing your returns.

How do I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address provided at the time of checkout.

You will receive a second email once your order had shipped, which will include your tracking number. Please allow 1-2 days for tracking information to show.
